Coaching Cues
- 1Keep your elbows tight to your sides and spin from the wrists
- 2Jump slightly higher than a single under but stay relaxed
- 3Find a consistent rhythm before speeding up
Standards
- 1Rope passes under the feet twice per jump
- 2Any style of jump is acceptable (single bounce, piked, tucked)
- 3Rep counts only if two full passes are completed
