Vox
EARLY ACCESSThe first real AI coaching.
Vox does not just generate a program and leave you on your own. It builds your path to your goal, adjusts every week from your real sessions, and reviews progress with you at each cycle.
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
A frozen plan does not know you. Vox learns from every session.
Your workouts run inside Evox. Results, loads and how they felt feed straight back to Vox. At the end of each week and each cycle, it takes your feedback and re-plans what comes next. The plan sharpens as you go, the way a coach who actually follows you would work.
HOW IT WORKS
A 3-minute voice interview
You describe your goal, your frequency, your limits, out loud. Vox already reads your Evox history to get to the point.
Your plan, in cycles
Vox builds a path to your goal in 4-week cycles. A clear direction, not a program frozen on day one.
You train inside Evox
Every session launches in the app. Your results and how they felt feed back to Vox, session after session.
Review, then re-plan
Vox reads your sessions, takes your feedback, and re-plans the rest. The coaching sharpens week after week, cycle after cycle.

When does Vox launch?
An experimental beta opens soon, in waves. Join the list to get your access as soon as a spot frees up. Dates will move as I build.
How is Vox different from a workout generator?
A generator hands you a program and leaves you alone. Vox stays with you: it plans a path to your goal, your sessions run inside Evox, and it re-plans from what you actually did. The plan gets sharper as you go, the way a coach who follows you would work.
How does Vox know what I did in training?
Your sessions run inside the Evox app. Results, loads and how they felt feed back to Vox automatically, on top of the feedback you leave at the end of each week and cycle. That loop is what lets it adjust instead of handing you a fixed plan.
What is a 4-week cycle?
A coherent training block aimed at your goal. Vox plans the block, you train, then a review adjusts the next one based on your results and feedback. A direction that keeps refining, not a program frozen on day one.
Which sports does Vox cover?
Vox is not tied to one sport. Evox is built for functional fitness broadly, CrossFit and Hyrox included, and Vox programs workouts in formats that fit it: AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, strength, race prep. You describe your goal, it builds around it.
Does Vox replace my coach?
Vox does not replace the relationship with a human coach. The idea is to offer a close experience, powered by AI: programming that adapts to you, your goal and what you actually do. Whether you train solo or already pay a coach, Vox aims at that same level of follow-up, without the cost of personal coaching.
Is early access free?
