Built for open gym and solo training. Hyrox prep, CrossFit foundations, strength cycles. Each program imports straight into the Evox timer, week after week.
Core Burner
Serious functional core program over 6 weeks, 3 sessions/wk of 20-30 min. No "100 sit-ups a day", no gimmicks. Real work on the 4 core functions: anti-rotation, anti-extension, anti-lateral flexion, dynamic flexion.
CrossFit Foundations
8-week strength accessory program, 2 sessions/week of 45 min. Builds the foundations often underdeveloped: posterior chain, unilateral work, deep core, scapular stability. An excellent CrossFit complement, also usable on its own.
Hyrox Discovery
Discover the Hyrox format over 7 weeks (V2). Intro program: learn the stations, build a cardio base, test the format. Not a performance prep program — to go further → **Hyrox Préparation** program (coming soon).
