Connect Evox to your AI assistant

Use Claude or ChatGPT to read your training data, create workouts in your library, and schedule sessions, all from a conversation.

What the connector can do

  • Read : Your athlete profile, personal records, recent sessions, training streaks, and active program.
  • Create workouts : Ask the AI to design a workout (CrossFit, Hyrox, strength) and it appears in your Evox library, ready to run.
  • Schedule sessions : Plan your week directly from the conversation. The AI places the workouts on your Evox calendar.

Connect to Claude.ai

  1. Open Claude.ai on your computer (the connector setup is currently easier on desktop, mobile support is rolling out).
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Connectors โ†’ Add custom connector.
  3. In the "MCP server URL" (Remote MCP server URL) field, paste this exact address: https://api.getevox.fit/mcp then confirm.
  4. Claude opens the Evox login page in your browser. You will be asked to provide a 6-digit connection code.
  5. Open the Evox app on your phone โ†’ Athlete โ†’ Connected apps โ†’ Generate a connection code. Type the code on the Evox login page.
  6. Review the permissions Claude is asking for, then click Authorize.
  7. Done. In any Claude conversation, ask 'show my Evox snapshot' to verify the connection.

๐Ÿ’ก Connection is done with a code generated in the Evox app: Athlete tab โ†’ Connected apps โ†’ Generate a connection code. The code shows up right away, just copy it onto the login page. It expires after 3 minutes; if needed, simply generate a new one.

Connect to ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT on web or in the mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings โ†’ Apps & Connectors โ†’ Add MCP server.
  3. In the "MCP server URL" (Remote MCP server URL) field, paste this exact address: https://api.getevox.fit/mcp then confirm.
  4. ChatGPT opens the Evox login page. Provide a connection code from your Evox app (Athlete โ†’ Connected apps โ†’ Generate a code).
  5. Review the permissions, then click Authorize.
  6. Test the connection by asking 'list my last 3 Evox sessions'.

๐Ÿ’ก ChatGPT's developer mode might be required to add custom MCP servers depending on your plan. Check the OpenAI documentation.

Manage your connections

All your active connections are listed in the Evox app: Athlete โ†’ Connected apps. You can disconnect any assistant from there: the revocation is immediate and the assistant loses access on its next call.

Troubleshooting

  • The connection code does not work: Codes expire after 3 minutes. Generate a new one from the Evox app and try again.
  • I see 'Authorization with the MCP server failed': Try disconnecting and reconnecting the connector. If the issue persists, contact support with the reference ID shown in the error.
  • Claude or ChatGPT does not see my Evox tools after reconnect: Tool lists are cached briefly. Start a new conversation or wait a few minutes for the cache to refresh.
  • I want to revoke access: Open the Evox app โ†’ Athlete โ†’ Connected apps โ†’ Disconnect. Effect is immediate.
