  • Pace the lunges — 80 feet is long, break into manageable sections
  • Alternate arms on the snatches to avoid early fatigue
  • Save energy on pull-ups and C2B for the ring muscle-ups in round 3
  • Ring muscle-ups are the separator — have a break strategy ready
  • Keep transitions tight between movements to save time under the cap
