- 1Clean the bar to a solid front rack before starting the jerk
- 2Dip and drive aggressively then press under the bar
- 3Stabilize overhead and stand to full extension
Standards
- 1Bar is cleaned from floor to front rack in one motion
- 2Bar is jerked from front rack to full lockout overhead
- 3Athlete finishes standing tall with arms locked out
