- 1Drive hard with your legs then quickly press under the bar
- 2Receive the bar with slightly bent knees and locked elbows
- 3Stand tall to finish before starting the next rep
Standards
- 1Bar finishes overhead with arms locked out
- 2Feet land in the same receiving position with slight re-bend
- 3Athlete stands to full extension to complete the rep
