Coaching Cues

  • 1Keep your eyes on the kettlebell at all times
  • 2Move through each position deliberately: elbow, hand, sweep, lunge, stand
  • 3Stay tight through your core and do not let the bell drift forward

Standards

  • 1Athlete starts lying flat and finishes standing with the bell locked out overhead
  • 2The kettlebell arm stays fully extended throughout the entire movement
  • 3Athlete reverses the movement under control to return to the floor
