Coaching Cues
- 1Keep your eyes on the kettlebell at all times
- 2Move through each position deliberately: elbow, hand, sweep, lunge, stand
- 3Stay tight through your core and do not let the bell drift forward
Standards
- 1Athlete starts lying flat and finishes standing with the bell locked out overhead
- 2The kettlebell arm stays fully extended throughout the entire movement
- 3Athlete reverses the movement under control to return to the floor
