Coaching Cues
- 1Set up with the ball between your feet and hinge at the hips
- 2Extend your hips then shrug and pull the ball to your chest
- 3Receive the ball in a squat position then stand tall
Standards
- 1Ball starts on the floor and is pulled to the front rack position
- 2Hips extend fully before the arms pull the ball up
- 3Athlete receives the ball in a full squat with the ball at the chest
