- 1Clean to the bottom of the squat and immediately drive up
- 2Use the upward momentum out of the squat to press overhead
- 3Stay tight through the transition from catch to press
Standards
- 1Bar is cleaned to the front rack and received in a full squat
- 2Athlete drives out of the squat and presses the bar overhead without pausing
- 3Arms lock out fully overhead to complete the rep
