- 1Reach back and touch the ground behind you at the bottom
- 2Use your abs to pull yourself up, arms follow through
- 3Find a breathing rhythm — exhale on the way up
Standards
- 1Lower back contacts the AbMat at the bottom with arms extended overhead
- 2Hands touch the toes or the ground past the feet at the top
- 3Butterfly or flat foot position as prescribed
