Everything you need to know about EMOM training

EMOM stands for 'Every Minute On the Minute'. You start a set of exercises at the beginning of each minute. Whatever time remains after completing your reps is your rest before the next minute begins.
EMOM means every minute, while E2MOM means every 2 minutes. EVOX supports both - just set your interval duration to 60 seconds for EMOM or 120 seconds for E2MOM.
EMOMs typically range from 10-20 minutes for conditioning, though skill work EMOMs can be shorter (5-10 min) and endurance EMOMs longer (20-30 min). EVOX supports any duration.
