Evox is a mobile timing application specialized for CrossFit, Hyrox and other fitness training. The application offers different types of timers (FREE, FOR TIME, EMOM, AMRAP, TABATA).

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use the application responsibly and legally. It is prohibited to:

Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the application
Use the application for commercial purposes without authorization
Share your account with other users
Use the application in a way that harms others

4. Intellectual Property

The Evox application and all its content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute the application without written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Evox is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors or malfunctions. Use of the application is at your own risk.

6. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Modifications will be notified via the application or by email. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application in case of violation of these terms of use.
